Daikin has launched a new series of air-to-water inverter heat pumps, the EWYE-CZ, designed for residential applications and boiler replacements. These units offer heating and domestic hot water production, with capacities ranging from 16 kW to 70 kW. They operate efficiently in various conditions, from -25°C to 40°C, and can deliver hot water up to 70°C. Key features include vapor injection with an economizer for high-temperature hot water, HFO-based R-454C refrigerant, inverter scroll compressors, and inverter-driven fans. The smallest unit measures 1878x1152x802 mm and has a COP of 3.4, while the largest is 1878x3506x814 mm with a COP of 3.17. Additional features include anti-legionella control, a Cu/Al heat exchanger, and remote monitoring.
